San Antonio has been home for my wife and I for many years. I am married and have two young children. As a commercial real estate agent, I devote myself to research, compiling, and providing investors and developers with an accurate assessment of a commercial property’s competitive market price, property values, and the income potential of subject properties. then generate descriptive, detailed lists of properties for sale. Along with the use of unique tools and techniques to market commercial listings, I act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details and during the closing of sales and arrange for financing of property purchases.
